An in-house department entirely dedicated to project management, from technical surveys and written reports to detailed design and roll-out management.
Planning is divided into two steps:

• Pre-delivery: equipment assembly and hardware/software customization in dedicated staging areas.
• During delivery: post-positioning finishing activities, technical installation and agreed ancillary activities.

Operations teams are composed of personnel with construction experience and specific training for safe handling. Work includes:

• Construction work to adapt existing masonry, including plasterboard.
• Alterations to forometry of interior and exterior walls, with restoration of prestigious finishes (marble, stone cladding, various paints).
• Complex masonry work or reconstructions required as a result of the introduction of equipment/devices or for site preparation activities.

Skilled technicians perform work for the modification or replacement of existing structures and/or installation of new custom-made elements, such as:

• Window frames and armored panels
• Armored glass, movable walls and frames
• Raised technical floors
• Clearing frames with tailored finishing

All materials are installed according to the technical specifications identified during the inspection.

Personnel are qualified in the safe use of power tools for metal carpentry work. 

Activities include:

• Welding for anchoring safes and ATMs.
• Modification of brackets and metal structures for final housing of equipment
• Assembly and adaptation of plinths or other technical elements

Wiring activities are carried out by personnel with certified electrical skills, capable of implementing:

•  Equipment LAN connections and power supply 
• Realization from scratch of electrical installations, if required
• Laying of conduits, electrical and network cables, wiring of power plugs and internal equipment connections

In special laboratory areas, all pre-installation, configuration and testing operations are carried out according to design requirements or process optimization. 

Among the activities:

• Configuration of equipment
• Software updating and customization of wiring
• Installation of safety devices: antiskim vents, time delays, crosses
• Replacement and logistical management of parts
• Technical coordination with external suppliers
