Ultrasound machines, incubators, hospital beds, ophthalmic units, devices for resuscitation, radio-diagnostics and bone densitometry: each piece of equipment is handled with care and expertise by trained teams of at least two operators, with vehicles equipped for sensitive transport and specific systems for introduction and positioning in the operating environment.

Dedicated demos and deliveries are handled at all times, with custom-defined timing and procedures.
If necessary, decontamination operations can be carried out directly on-site or at MIT BIOLAB, the specialized in-house laboratory that is fully integrated into MITSafetrans logistics.

In addition, dedicated staging areas can be activated for each technical intervention, where refurbish activities, custom configuration, software loading, functional testing and electrical adjustments are performed, ensuring that each piece of equipment arrives ready for use.

INTEGRATED LOGISTICS WITH DEDICATED STAGING AREAS

The entire range of medical equipment is served for each specific need, integrating logistics with transportation, rigging, demo and refurbishment operations.
All warehouse personnel are trained, dedicated and capable of performing:

Integral DEMO management: rigging, machine configuration, sanitization for transits, refurbish
Management of large equipment activities: refills and oil, continuous power and chillers for cooling, handling with specific tools and complete shipment set-up

DECONTAMINATIONS / MIT BIO-LAB

Sanitization and decontamination: the integrated MITSafeTrans laboratory.
Within the supply chain dedicated to the medical sector, MITSafeTrans has integrated an advanced laboratory for equipment sanitization and decontamination.

The service covers the entire handling process, including ADR transport for potentially bio-contaminated devices.
The laboratory has been built according to the most stringent safety regulations (ISPESL (Institute of Occupational Safety), ASL (Public Health Department), VVF (Fire Department), municipal regulations) and uses methodologies recognized and certified by hospitals:

- Sanitations with hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) - 99M Bioquell technology
- Customized sanitizations on customer protocol

Each intervention includes the issue of certification of successful sanitization/decontamination, guaranteeing traceability and regulatory compliance.

CONSERVATIVE AND DESTRUCTIVE DISASSEMBLY

Disassembly of equipment to be preserved or destined to disposal is carried out.
Operations are carried out by highly-skilled technicians and in full compliance with current regulations.
All procedures related to end-of-life equipment disposal (Reverse Logistic) are certified.
